STRESS ANALYSIS
Stress analysis is used to prevent piping failures and to analyze the flexibility of the planned piping route, in order to keep stress levels below the allowable limits set by reference calculation codes and current regulations.
Piping must be calculated to optimize its response to seismic action and must therefore be verified according to NTC standards. For example: VT, PT, LP, RT, PMI
3D Plant Modeling
Three-dimensional modeling of plants, carried out using software such as Inventor and Esain, among others, offers numerous advantages:
- Evaluate clearances and available space in real time.
- Adjust the piping route.
- Avoid interferences.
Piping and Support Drawings
The production drawing, derived from three-dimensional modeling, promotes optimal interaction between design, manufacturing, and installation.
Giorgi Piping Engineering creates its production drawings using software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, and Esain, which ensure the best interface with our clients’ engineering tools.
F.E.M. Analysis
Finite Element Analysis (FEM), performed using advanced calculation software such as Ansys, allows us to carry out local verifications on piping and solve complex elastic and structural analysis problems.
The versatility and flexibility of this tool make it applicable in multiple fields, making it one of the most in-demand analysis methods on the market.
Structural Drawings and Analysis
“Secondary” structures within a plant are a crucial aspect in ensuring optimal support for the piping.
Our technicians specialize in the verification and design of any type of metal structure, using the previously mentioned calculation tools.
On-Site Assistance
We regularly provide on-site assistance by conducting inspections to verify clearances, optimize pipe routing, detect any installation irregularities, and support the client through to the plant’s commissioning.
